A: All players have structured daily schedules with staff supervision. Evening check-ins occur, welfare staff are available 24/7, and we maintain clear communication with parents.
A: We have qualified physiotherapists on site, clear injury management protocols, and relationships with local hospitals. Parents are notified immediately of any significant injury.
A: Welfare officers provide pastoral support, and we have access to counselling services. Mental health is taken seriously and treated with the same importance as physical health.
A: On the Brunel University London campus, in a safe and supervised residential environment. Single or shared rooms are available, with 24/7 security and support staff on site.
A: Meals are designed by nutritionists for athlete performance. Dietary requirements are accommodated. Players eat together, building community.
A: Players can leave campus during free time following age-appropriate guidelines. Older players have more freedom; younger players have supervised arrangements.
