Institute of Rugby London brings together the most ambitious young rugby players from across the globe. Our academy isn't just British - it's international. You'll train alongside players from over 40 countries, learning from each other's styles, cultures, and rugby philosophies.

The UK has the most professional rugby contracts of any country. Our partnerships with Ealing Trailfinders, Scottish and Welsh Rugby Unions, Glasgow Warriors, Edinburgh Rugby, and more give you direct access to opportunities across British rugby.

We provide guidance on visa requirements and all the documentation needed to train and compete in the UK legally and smoothly.

Complete our application form with your rugby background, video footage and playing history. Applications are reviewed within 2 weeks.
If shortlisted, you'll complete a video call assessment with our coaching team. We evaluate your playing ability, coachability, and commitment.
Successful applicants receive a conditional offer. We provide all documentation needed for your UK visa application.
We arrange airport pickup, accommodation setup, and orientation. You'll have a dedicated support contact throughout your transition.
